My name is Lynn Meldrum and I am a Mortgage Associate with Verico Canada
First Mortgage. My family and I have moved around a bit so I
understand what it's like to be relocated to a new province and city,
sometime unexpectedly.
My passion is to help you realize your dreams of owning your own home
or refinancing an existing home to do renovations, pay down debt or go
on that once in a lifetime holiday.
I became a Mortgage Associate because I enjoy helping people with the
biggest purchase that they will make. I want to make that process as
easy as possible to first time buyers as well as second and third time
buyers. I do this by matching you with the lender who will give you
the best interest rates and mortgage product that suits your
lifestyle. I can work with small business owners, commissioned sales,
self-employed people as well as anyone who has a verified income (full
time, salaried or hourly waged employees).
I have access to a various group of lenders, some who can also help
with slightly bruised credit. Most importantly is that my service
